Great use of the small space, making the living area comfortable. Everything from the placement of the safe, clothes hangers, and the folding table was a great choice. The bathroom was well made too, with a deep recess to prevent water from the shower to seep into the toilet area. Amenities were great as well. The property itself is in a great, safe location due to proximity to the City Hall and access to Villa Caceres. It’s easy to get a jeep or a tricycle while being in a comfortable, quiet location. The inclusion of the 20% breakfast buffet discount and 50% discount for the spa and gym facilities at Villa Caceres is a great deal for travellers who want such options. Staff are very very kind, respectful, and well-mannered. Even for the price, I wasn’t expecting a hotel-level experience in this area.

I booked a non-refundable 1 night stay with them as I was expecting to stay in the hotel at least that night. But something came up and I was not able to arrive that night. I wasn’t expecting to get my money back as it was clearly stated upon booking that it was non-refundable. But to my surprise, I got an email next day that my booking was cancelled from their end and I got my full refund. This tells a lot to how much they value their customers by initiating such thing to make sure that they only get paid for the accommodation and service that they provided. Thank you so much Robertson Hotel! Will definitely book you again for my next stay.

Everything!! But apart from everything, a little story happened. I know the hotel is not liable to any losses but I lost my wallet like I dont know where but I am confident that it’s somewhere inside the hotel. Then they reached out to me that they have found my lost wallet! Amazing 🥹 the staff there cared a lot to their clients 🫡 not for money, for fame but Robertson Hotel must be proud to their employees because of their integrity 🙌
